For the European Union of throughtout the World customs charges are not included in the price of the item. If there are any customs charges, I'm afraid you will have to pay it additionally. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

All purchases will be shipped with regular postal service from Ukraine with tracking number. I'll do my best to minimize shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs, holidays or bad weather.

Please note that I am in Ukraine and it may take me about 24 hours to reply because of the time difference. The doll will be fully hand embroidered and hand painted face, be ready it will be a little portrait similarity, for my taste and style, but recognizable. Doll's clothes also handmade sew, patterns are made for each doll individually. When your order will be ready, the doll's photos will be sent to you before shipment.

The doll will be ready within 10-14 days.
